About Me
Hi, I’m Petra.
I’m a Pilates teacher and sound practitioner passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies through movement, breath and deep rest.
My work blends strong, mindful Pilates with nervous-system aware practices and sound healing — creating spaces where people can move, slow down and feel more at home in their bodies.
Through studio classes, private sessions and sound baths, I aim to make movement and wellbeing accessible, supportive and deeply restorative.

My approach to teaching Pilates is rooted in curiosity, compassion and respect for the body’s individual needs.
Living with MS has shaped how I see movement and rest. I understand that bodies are constantly changing and that strength and softness can exist together.
Whether through Pilates or sound, my intention is to create spaces where people feel supported, grounded and more connected to themselves.

Pilates Classes
My mat Pilates classes focus on building strength, improving mobility and developing body awareness in a calm, welcoming environment.
Classes are accessible, adaptable and designed to help you move with confidence and ease.

Sound Baths
Deep rest for body and mind.
Sound baths are immersive relaxation experiences using crystal singing bowls and sound frequencies to help calm the nervous system and release tension.
These sessions offer space to slow down, reset and experience profound rest.

Private Sessions
Personalised support for your body.
One-to-one sessions allow us to work together at your pace, focusing on your individual goals and needs.
Sessions can support injury recovery, strength building, neurological conditions or anyone wanting a more tailored approach to movement.
